Diving Policy

1          Any diver working in the cave must be a member of the Cave Diving Group (C.D.G.).

2       At least one of those intending to dive must be a C.D.G. qualified diver.

3       Any diver working within the cave must have signed the C.D.G. indemnity form. a list will be held of all C.D.G. divers who have signed this form and access will be denied to those whose name does not appear on the list.

4       At least one of those entering the water must be a warden.

5       If any diving equipment is left in the cave, it should be in a flood safe area and cause no damage to the cave. 

6        A list of items left in the cave and their location should be given to the Committee immediately after the trip on which they are left.

7       Items of diving equipment should not be left in the cave for a period of longer than two months.
